I was thrilled to be a guest on Andrea Gibbs show this Sunday, where we discussed trade marks and copyright law. In particular, we discussed an interesting European trade mark case in which street artist Banksy’s mark for part of his famous ‘Laugh Now’ image was cancelled recently as a result of a finding that it was filed in bad faith.
