We have a specialist litigation practice focused on patent, design, trade mark, copyrights, and trade secret litigation. We handle proceedings in these matters before the Federal Court of Australia and the Patent, Designs and Trade Mark Office in Australia. We regularly advise Patent Attorneys with regard to potential litigation.

Copyright & Design

We have extensive experience advising on copyright ownership and infringement, developing licensing strategies and royalty arrangements, conducting copyright audits and acting in complex litigation. We regularly prepare copyright agreements for software development and licensing, database licensing, and sound recording production and distribution. We assist local and international clients with all aspects of design protection, including design registration and enforcement, and portfolio management services.

Transactions & Deals
